As my family grows larger, and the members are scatters not only around the country, but around the world, we have that a great way for everyone to keep up to date is through a family blog. Sure, we don't have a problem calling each other. After all, as technology advances, communicating long distance has become quite affordable, but what about sharing those Birthday party pictures with Uncle Ron in Japan? I set up a free blog on Blogger.com and named it accordingly. Then I invited all members of my family to become members, and it is really as easy as clicking on a link.

So, now we use a photo sharing program called "hello" to upload your photos right into the blog and adding whatever comments we like.

This Family blog keeps all family members in the loop, no matter where they are. We don't need to email pictures, they are right there on the blog. Using blogger, we are sure not to publish our blog publicly so things stay relatively private.
